Keyboard Shortcuts

FleetTAB is built around the mouse and touch, with keyboard support concentrated on the actions you repeat most: closing things, clearing things, and saving an edit without reaching for a button.

Closing and Clearing

Escape is the general "back out of this" key. What it does depends on what is open, in this order:

ContextWhat Escape does
A settings side panel is openCloses the panel. Applies to the Dashboard card settings, the Eco-Driving settings, the Utilization settings, and the trip types panel.
The Wialon connection dialog is openCloses the dialog, unless the connection is required to continue.
You are editing trip notesCancels the edit and restores the previous text.
A search box has focusClears the search box.
Trips are selectedClears the selection, dismissing the bulk action bar.
tip

On the Trips page, Escape is the fastest way to undo a large selection after a bulk action — no need to find the clear button in the action bar.

Editing

ShortcutAction
Ctrl + Enter (Windows, Linux) / Cmd + Enter (Mac)Save the trip note you are editing.
EnterCommit the value in a card setting field, or confirm a new custom trip type name.
EscapeCancel the edit without saving.

FleetTAB's interactive elements are reachable with Tab and activate with Enter or Space. This covers dashboard cards, table rows and mobile cards, filter options, unit and driver selection, and the clear buttons inside filters.

Standard browser and operating-system shortcuts work as usual, including Ctrl/Cmd + F to search the page, Ctrl/Cmd + P to print, and Tab / Shift + Tab to move between controls.
