Maintenance Intervals
The Maintenance section helps you keep vehicles serviced on schedule. It has two tabs: Intervals (recurring service reminders) and Services (a log of work performed). This page covers Intervals.
An interval is a recurring service reminder — for example "Oil change every 10,000 km" or "Inspection every 365 days". FleetTAB tracks each unit's mileage, engine hours, and elapsed time against the interval and tells you when service is coming due or overdue.
At the top of the page, four summary cards show the total number of Intervals and how many are OK, Due, and Overdue. The counts follow your unit and interval filters but not the status filter, so they stay stable while you click between statuses.
Intervals are stored as Wialon service intervals on the unit itself, not in a separate FleetTAB database. Anything you create here is visible in Wialon, and anything you created in Wialon is visible here.
Creating an Interval
- Click Add interval. The New interval dialog opens.
- Fill in the details:
- Name — e.g. "Oil change". A Description is optional.
- Due every — turn on one or more interval types and set how often service is needed:
- By mileage — a distance frequency (km).
- By engine hours — an engine-hours frequency (h).
- By days — a calendar frequency (days).
- Warn before due — how far ahead you want to be warned (in km, hours, and/or days). A unit approaching this window is flagged Due.
- Apply to — select the unit(s) this interval covers.
- Last service (optional) — when selecting a single unit, you can record the mileage, engine hours, and date of the last service so the first "next due" is accurate. For multiple units, each unit uses its own current values.
- Save the interval.
You must turn on at least one interval type and enter a frequency for each type you enable, and you must select at least one unit.
Selecting several units creates the interval on all of them in one batch. FleetTAB reports how many intervals were created, and tells you if any unit was skipped because it had already reached Wialon's per-unit interval limit.
When a single unit is selected, the dialog also shows that unit's current odometer, current engine hours, and the current date for reference, so the last-service values you enter can be checked against them. Last-service readings cannot exceed the unit's current values, and the last-service date cannot be in the future.
The Intervals Table

Filter the table by unit (the vehicle selector, which supports unit groups and search), by All intervals / a specific interval name, and by All statuses / a specific status. Click any column header to sort; the default sort is Next due, so the most urgent rows come first. Click a row to open it for editing.
Status Meanings

| Overdue | The interval has passed without a recorded service. |
When an interval tracks more than one axis, the worst axis decides the status: if mileage is fine but the calendar rule has passed, the interval is Overdue.
Status is recalculated against the unit's live odometer and engine hours every time the page loads, using the same counters as the Assets page, so it never goes stale.
Intervals created in Wialon's own interface appear here too. Because Wialon has no warning-window field, those intervals fall back to a default warning window of 500 km / 20 engine hours / 14 days until you edit them in FleetTAB.
Exporting
Use the Export menu to download the intervals list as Excel, PDF, or CSV. The export reflects the active unit, interval, and status filters. The PDF is a landscape sheet that repeats the four summary cards (Intervals, OK, Due, Overdue) above the table.
Recording Service
When a unit is serviced, record it so the countdown resets. Open the interval and click Register service to open the full service form (see Services), where you log the odometer and engine-hour readings, parts, labor, cost, and attachments.
Registering a service that is linked to an interval moves that interval's baseline to the values you entered and advances its next-due calculation. Once an interval has a linked service, its Last service figures come from that record and are no longer editable by hand on the interval itself.
You can also Edit an interval to change its frequency, warning window, or units, or Delete it. Deleting an interval cannot be undone.
